Below you will find all the information necessary to activate and manage access to your online journal subscriptions.

How to activate your online access

Your SAGE Journals Online account must be activated. This is a simple and quick process:

1. Click here to go to the Activation/Account Manager zone of SAGE Journals Online
2. Enter your SAGE account number to activate your account
3. When requested enter your username and password. This is currently set as your account number.
4. Follow the steps on screen to edit your account details and IP ranges.

• For USA, Canada , Asia, Central and South America including the Carribean, journals@sagepub.com
• For UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australasia, subscription@sagepub.co.uk

How to retrieve your usage stats

To retrieve your institutional usage statistics, please go to http://online.sagepub.com:

1. Click on the "Account Manager " tab from the left hand menu
2. Click the "Usage reports" link under the Account Manager heading
3. Enter your Username and Password (if you have forgotten your password, click on http://online.sagepub.com/cgi/recnamepwd). This will retrieve the usage statistics for all accounts administered under your email address.

You have the option to view the following reports for all titles you administer:

1. View a single-month summary usage for all your subscriptions
2. View a year-to-date COUNTER usage report for all your subscriptions
3. Create a custom multi-month summary usage report
4. Run detailed usage reports per journal
