These children are clearly totally absorbed in the experience of an exploration and the possibility of finding a dinosaur.
While some young children will have the confidence to tackle roller printing with enthusiasm, others may need more encouragement and support.
Given a variety of materials it is possible to make a telescope that is perfect for the job.
Whilst listening for sounds outside, these children made the most of an opportunity to create their own sound.
Following a trip into space these children are using coloured ribbons to create rainbows as they land back on Earth.
Although markmaking can be a very co-operative activity, this little girl spent a considerable amount of very focussed time engrossed in her own work.
Having made the picture, the children were delighted to be able to observe the effect of light on different materials.
